  • Meeting legal obligations and exercising the right of defence in any dispute.
  • Sending commercial electronic messages where you have given explicit consent.

4. Legal grounds

Your personal data is processed under Article 5 of the KVKK on the following grounds:

  • Being directly related to the formation or performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c).

5. Method of collection

Data is collected partly by automated means through the quote and contact forms on the site, email, telephone and messaging channels, and through cookies and similar technologies.

6. Transfers

Data may be transferred to the suppliers we use for hosting, email, analytics, advertising and accounting, only to the extent the service requires and within the scope of Article 8 of the KVKK. Transfers to authorised public institutions are made where legislation requires.

Because the servers of the advertising and infrastructure platforms used are located abroad, where a transfer is required it is carried out under Article 9 of the KVKK on the basis of an adequacy decision, appropriate safeguards (an undertaking or standard contract), or the exceptions set out in the law.

7. Retention and destruction

Applications that remain at the quote stage are kept for a maximum of two years; records that become contracts are kept for the limitation and retention periods set out in the relevant legislation from the end of the contractual relationship. When the period expires the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

8. Data security

Access to data is limited to those who need it for their work. SSL/TLS encryption is used on transfer channels, strong authentication on accounts and regular backups; contracts with suppliers include confidentiality obligations.

9. Rights of the data subject

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the following rights:

  • To learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, to request information about it.
  • To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose.
  • To know the third parties to whom the data is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad.
  • To request correction where the data is incomplete or incorrect.
